At Eartheart Club, our members are the vital backbone of our mission. We maintain a small, exclusive group of "active champions", as our primary focus is on empowering our Eartheart Icons, creating content for good, and maximizing our sponsors' impact—not on entertaining a large member base.
Membership is by invitation only, extended to key individuals who provide profound strategic value to the Eartheart Club ecosystem. These are the champions who helped make our entire philanthropic model possible.
A New Model of Membership
At Eartheart Club, membership is not a transaction; it is a recognition of an extraordinary contribution.
We do not charge membership fees, solicit donations for our mission, ask our members to donate to the NGOs, or sell access to our retreats; instead, membership is a recognition of profound contribution—such as providing catalytic capital, key strategic relationships, or foundational architecture—by providing them complimentary access to our private, exclusive retreats.
We can afford to host our members—who are integral collaborators and architects of our mission—within our 10% OpEx budget precisely because the significant outcomes they helped us achieve are what enable our 90/10 profit model. Status as an Eartheart Member is earned by doing something great to enable our mission.
The Champion's Role & Integration
Our members are revered as active participants integrated directly into our ecosystem. Their role is not passive; it is a collaborative partnership designed to accelerate our shared mission.
Strategic Retreat Integration: Members are invited to attend our exclusive Eartheart Retreats on a complementary basis. Their presence is not a simple perk; it is a vital strategic function. It allows them to experience firsthand the impact their foundational contributions have made. Furthermore, it provides a crucial live environment for our team to network and collaborate with them, fostering the high-level alliances that drive our mission. By being on location, members are also empowered through our content, making them even more powerful champions in helping us further our goals.
Empowering the "Glass Box": Members have a unique opportunity to be formally recognized for their support of our independent "Glass Box" ally, 'Destination Change'. Eartheart Club provides the core philanthropic funding to this separate, third-party storyteller, and our members are invited to be credited as Executive Producers on the 'Destination Change' documentaries they are most passionate about. While they do not influence the editorial or creative direction, their role as Executive Producers signifies their deep commitment to the causes and recognizes them for their pivotal role in bringing these important stories to life.
This structure allows Eartheart Club to keep its focus where it matters most: supporting our Eartheart Icons and generating revenue through our Eartheart Sponsors to fund our 100% profit donation model. Our members are the esteemed champions who make this entire ecosystem possible.
