Eartheart Impact Allies

Our Beneficiary Partners

At Eartheart Club, our mission extends beyond creating unparalleled luxury experiences. We are the "commercial engine" that generates revenue, and our Eartheart Impact Allies are the beneficiary non-profits and NGOs that receive 100% of our profits to foster positive change across the globe.

Our Allies are a diverse group of organizations dedicated to various causes, including environmental conservation, education, healthcare, and community development.

Our Two-Fold Support: Advocacy & Integrity

We empower our Impact Allies in two distinct and crucial ways, which form the core of our "separation of powers" model:

  1. Advocacy (via Eartheart Media Lab): As a commercial agency, our Eartheart Media Lab creates powerful, high-quality "advocacy" content for our Allies. We use our platform and the reach of our Eartheart Icons to raise awareness, helping their vital work reach a global audience.

  2. Integrity (via 'Destination Change'): To provide the impartial "Glass Box" validation, we donate a portion of our profits to our independent, third-party ally, 'Destination Change'. They are the impartial storytellers who document our collective impact, ensuring our entire ecosystem is transparent and accountable.

Featured "Glass Box" Ally: Destination Change

To guarantee our "Glass Box" integrity, Eartheart Club is a proud partner of 'Destination Change'—our pioneering, independent non-profit (NGO) production company, which is launching soon.

Destination Change: A Visionary Documentary Series

At Destination Change, they embrace the profound belief that beauty, coupled with a conscious intent, has the power to transform the world. This series is more than just a collection of documentaries; it is a meticulously designed blend of aesthetic allure and meaningful action, aimed at catalyzing real positive change. Through a captivating mix of documentary filmmaking, high-end photoshoots, and highly shareable short digital content, Destination Change aspires to maximize both reach and impact.

A Beautifully Impactful Mission

Their mission is to showcase the beauty of our world alongside the pain and bravery of those fighting to preserve it. Each installment weaves together narrative exposition with real-life events. By incorporating interviews with key personnel, reenactments, and archival footage, they provide a comprehensive view of historical and current events, engaging audiences deeply and effectively.

Engagement and Recognition (Executive Production)

A distinctive feature of this initiative is the recognition of Eartheart Members. As the strategic champions who helped make our entire model possible, members are invited to be credited as Executive Producers on the 'Destination Change' documentaries they are most passionate about.

Eartheart Club provides the core philanthropic funding to 'Destination Change' as one of its Impact Allies. This recognition for our members is a way to signify their deep commitment to the causes. Critically, while they are credited as Executive Producers, they do not influence the editorial or creative direction. This firewall guarantees the 'Glass Box' integrity and the complete independence of the 'Destination Change' storytellers.

Funding and Distribution: A Virtuous Cycle of Support

'Destination Change' is a non-profit (NGO) funded by Eartheart Club's philanthropic donations. This funding is used to pay the independent filmmakers and cover all production costs, allowing them to tell their stories with full creative freedom.

The cycle is designed to be a self-sustaining philanthropic loop:

  1. Eartheart Club Donates: Eartheart Club donates its profits to the 'Destination Change' NGO.

  2. 'Destination Change' Produces: 'Destination Change' uses these funds to produce its documentary films.

  3. Films Generate Profits: The films are distributed, and 100% of the distribution profits are received by the 'Destination Change' NGO.

  4. 'Destination Change' Reinvests (The "Virtuous Cycle"): 'Destination Change' uses 100% of these profits to:

    1. fund its next documentary or

    2. donate them directly to the non-profit organization (NGO) featured in their film, which must be a pre-qualified and approved Eartheart Impact Ally.

The money never returns to Eartheart Club's for-profit engine. This maintains the "Beneficiary Firewall" (Principle #1) and proves that 'Destination Change' is a truly independent, self-sustaining philanthropic entity, not a revenue stream for Eartheart Club.

Our Integrity Model: The "Walled Garden"

This "virtuous cycle" is protected by a simple and powerful integrity model that guarantees accountability while ensuring the full independence of 'Destination Change'.

The "oversight" is not Eartheart Club controlling 'Destination Change'; it's Eartheart Club setting the high-integrity standards for the entire ecosystem all allies must operate in.

  1. A Two-Step Vetting Process: Eartheart Club is on the frontline, actively identifying and building relationships with potential high-impact NGOs. However, to be formally certified as an "Eartheart Impact Ally" and receive funds, this organization must first be sent to and pass the independent, rigorous vetting process conducted by a UAE government-authorised intermediary . This ensures our "Glass Box" integrity while allowing us to lead the search for effective partners.

  2. A Pre-Vetted Ecosystem: This creates a "walled garden" of pre-vetted, high-integrity organizations (like the CORI Foundation, etc.).

  3. 'Destination Change' is an Independent Ally: 'Destination Change' is an independent NGO that has also passed this certification and agreed to operate within this ecosystem.

  4. Guaranteed Integrity: 'Destination Change' retains 100% independent authority to decide which stories to tell and which organizations to film. However, they do so from the "walled garden" of pre-certified Eartheart Impact Allies.

This structure makes it impossible for funds to be sent to a corrupt or un-vetted organization, all while protecting the complete creative and editorial independence of 'Destination Change'. It is the ultimate proof of our "Glass Box" model.

Our Selection Criteria for All Allies

Our commitment to change guides our entire process. We exclusively partner with organizations that have been independently vetted and certified by UAE government-authorised intermediaries. This ensures that 100% of our profits are directed only to Allies that exemplify fiscal efficiency and strategic long-term impact. Our criteria for partnership include:

  • High Efficiency in Fund Utilization: We partner exclusively with organizations that ensure at least 80% of the resources they receive go directly towards their programmatic activities, not administrative expenses.

  • Transparency and Accountability: Our Allies uphold the highest standards, providing clear, detailed accounts of how funds are spent and the outcomes achieved.

  • Commitment to Sustainable Solutions: We select organizations that focus on creating lasting change rather than temporary fixes, addressing the root causes of complex problems.
