Leadership Team
Clynt Blacklaws, Founder & CEO of Eartheart Club
Clynt Blacklaws emerges as a transformative leader and visionary entrepreneur, masterfully redefining luxury from the opulent excesses of the world’s entertainment capitals to the impactful and meaningful engagements at Eartheart Club. With roots in New Zealand and a rich, globe-spanning career, Clynt brings over two decades of expertise in marketing, technology, and social engagement. Holding a Bachelor of Information Technology, he successfully spearheaded an IT company across New Zealand and Australia for 12 years, showcasing his versatility and deep technical acumen.
Clynt was instrumental in pioneering branded experiential activations and influencer engagements that set new industry standards. His work, notably with icons like Playboy and Maxim, captured celebrity and music events but also sparked an epiphany: he saw the opportunity to tip this old luxury lifestyle model—built on opulent excess—entirely on its head for good. This realization led him to personally devise the Eartheart Club: a revolutionary new business model, ecosystem, and logic that cleverly adapts luxury and pleasure to serve greater, transparent purposes.
Today, Clynt sees Eartheart Club as his life's calling. As the chief architect of the club's "Glass Box" Protocol and its entire integrity framework, he is ultimately responsible for protecting the absolute, non-negotiable integrity of the model. This integrity is paramount. To remove any ambiguity about the club's 100% profit donation model, Clynt's personal wealth is drawn from his portfolio of independent for-profit ventures, not from Eartheart Club. This structure allows his other ventures to act as transparent commercial partners or sponsors within the ecosystem—just like any other brand—fully adhering to the "Glass Box" Protocol's "Separation of Powers" firewall.
Clynt has merged two decades of learning into a model where luxury meets advocacy. This unique platform not only satisfies the desires of its affluent clientele but also crafts a legacy of sustainability and meaningful impact, making each indulgent experience a step towards global betterment.

Jay Sklar, Head of Culinary Curation & Impact Accountability
Jay Sklar is a world-renowned culinary virtuoso and the curator of Eartheart Club's bespoke luxury hospitality. As a personal chef, host, and wellness expert, he has worked with a plethora of A-list celebrities, including Jennifer Garner, Pierce Brosnan, Harrison Ford, and Ben Stiller. At our Eartheart Retreats, Jay is the indispensable asset who hosts our VIPs, members, and Eartheart Icons, creating an atmosphere of wellness and indulgence designed to nourish both body and spirit.
However, Jay's role as a celebrated chef is merely the tip of the iceberg. His true strength and most critical function at Eartheart Club is his "boots-on-the-ground" role: providing the vital human accountability layer for our entire philanthropic model.
Our "Glass Box" Protocol is built on a separation of powers. While 'Destination Change' provides the storytelling integrity and our "Earthy" platform provides the technological integrity on the blockchain, Jay provides the human integrity. He is the "boots-on-the-ground audit process".
Jay is a pragmatic, solution-minded project manager with decades of experience in international community and country development. He has a proven track record of managing NGO portfolios in five countries, with direct experience "bringing the funding through all levels, governmental, provincial, district and village". He has personally managed, audited, and followed the money "all the way through... to make sure that the villagers were getting what they're supposed to get".
This dual-role makes Jay the essential enforcement mechanism for our mission. He is an expert at taking a "macro overview and breaking it down into intelligent, micro tasks" for meticulous, real-world execution. He is the living proof that Eartheart Club's promise of accountability is not just a concept, but a core part of our operational DNA.
Eartheart Media Lab
Alex Curson, Head of Eartheart Media Lab
Alex Curson embodies creative brilliance as the Head of Eartheart Media Lab, the official "commercial engine" of Eartheart Club. He leads a world-class team of photographers, videographers, and producers, guiding their collective talent to create the compelling, high-quality content that fuels our 100% profit donation model. His illustrious journey, marked by collaborations with high-profile models and influential figures, has made him a celebrated icon in multimedia production.
Within the Eartheart Media Lab, Alex's expertise transcends traditional production. He operates as a "Visual DJ," masterfully directing his team's videography, editing, and storytelling to document the dynamic atmosphere of our exclusive Eartheart Retreats and pop-up events. His team's mastery is evident in content that captures the pulsating energy and chic elegance of these gatherings, from international fashion weeks to our private retreats.
His keen eye for detail and his team's ability to encapsulate the spirit of each event set a new standard in luxury visual storytelling. His work is pivotal to the Eartheart Media Lab's commercial mission. While his past is notable for collaborations with renowned publications like Maxim Magazine and Playboy, his work now serves a greater purpose: he focuses his team's lens on our Eartheart Icons to create the authentic, high-value marketing content that our Eartheart Sponsors hire us to produce.
In the ever-evolving landscape of Eartheart Club, Alex Curson stands as a beacon of innovation, continually pushing the boundaries of visual artistry to redefine what's possible for a commercially-driven, philanthropically-focused luxury brand.
Kim Kindersley, Head of Indigenous Advocacy & Impact Storytelling at Eartheart Media Lab
Kim Kindersley brings a profound legacy as an award-winning filmmaker and dedicated indigenous advocate to his role as the Head of Indigenous Advocacy & Impact Storytelling within the Eartheart Media Lab. He is a pivotal voice in aligning Eartheart Club's own mission and commercial content with the ancient wisdom of the natural world, masterfully weaving compelling narratives that foster a return to balance with nature.
Kim's journey as an advocate began in 1990 following a transformative encounter with a wild dolphin in Ireland. This “eureka” moment provided the visceral realization that humanity is not separate from nature, but an integral part of it. He immediately changed his career path, setting out on a quest to meet and learn from people around the world who maintain a deep, mystical connection to the natural world, particularly Indigenous tribes.
At Eartheart Media Lab, Kim leverages his unique experience to guide the creative and ethical integrity of our content. His work is instrumental in developing content for our Eartheart Sponsors and our brand that educates, inspires, and respectfully champions indigenous wisdom.
By championing the "nature wisdom" of ancient cultures, he ensures our philanthropic and commercial narratives are authentic, respectful, and drive tangible change, bridging the gap between our luxury experiences and our mission of environmental sustainability.
His vision is essential to the Eartheart Club mission, reminding our community that the climate crisis is our "greatest teacher". He is committed to building a new earth through mutual support and co-existence, proving that true luxury is found in our return to balance with Mother Gaia.
Harry Grigsby III, Head of Photography at Eartheart Media Lab
Harry Grigsby III brings over two decades of expertise in production and photography to his role at Eartheart Media Lab. A key creative partner of founder Clynt Blacklaws for over a decade, Harry's artistic flair is perfectly married to a commitment to philanthropy, reminiscent of the peaceful ethos of Bob Marley. His leadership is instrumental in guiding his team of world-class photographers and orchestrating the seamless integration of event coordination with media teams, enhancing the club's storytelling.
Harry's distinguished career is built on long-time relationships with the world’s leading influencer models and photographers, cultivating a powerful global network. Through his work with top-tier brands and his past collaborations with publications like Maxim, Sports Illustrated, Esquire, FHM, and Playboy, he showcased his wide-ranging influence and artistic prowess. Working alongside Clynt, Harry realized the immense power of this network could be tipped on its head, moving from opulent luxury to a new model that uses influence for global betterment. This vision makes him a pivotal figure at Eartheart Club, not just in his role within the Media Lab.
His experience is not limited to commercial work; he has attended and photographed many of the most exclusive charity events in Los Angeles, Miami, and beyond, capturing world-leading models and celebrities in their philanthropic roles. He now transcends the typical responsibilities of visual leadership, skillfully spearheading the development of key strategic visual narratives for Eartheart. He identifies promising opportunities to showcase the club's initiatives, thereby solidifying his indispensable role within the organization.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Harry embodies balance, positivity, and a profound commitment to giving back, making him a unique and inspirational figure. His distinctive qualities and personal values infuse a deeper, more resonant dimension to the brand, inspiring those around him to strive for both professional excellence and meaningful personal growth.
Our Key Strategic Allies
Danny Drysdale, Founder of 'Destination Change'
(Our Independent "Glass Box" Partner)
We are honored to partner with Danny Drysdale, the award-winning filmmaker who leads 'Destination Change'—the independent, soon to launch, non-profit (NGO) production company that serves as Eartheart Club's official "Glass Box" partner.
Danny is a celebrated industry icon whose achievements in film and music have led him to top the charts and garner prestigious honors such as "Video of the Year" from Rolling Stone Magazine and the "MTV International Platinum Award" (for his work on the project "Human" with The Killers). His directorial brilliance has shone through in collaborations with acclaimed artists like The Killers, Imagine Dragons, IAMX, and post-cold-war Russian rock icons Mumiy Troll.
His global reach in producing content, spanning 40 countries, is matched by his impressive talent for tackling significant global issues.
His upcoming film "Clean" delves into Portugal's revolutionary drug policy, providing an in-depth examination of the country's transformative approach to drug addiction.
"The Very Last Forest in Brazil" is a profound exploration of the alarming rate of deforestation in the Amazon, offering a comprehensive critique of the systemic forces behind it and a powerful call to action.
Danny’s dedication to using film as a medium for change makes him the perfect leader for 'Destination Change'.
To ensure the absolute integrity and "separation of powers" of our model, 'Destination Change' operates with full creative and editorial independence. While Eartheart Club's "commercial engine" provides the philanthropic funding, Danny's team provides the impartial, third-party storytelling that proves our impact. His commitment is to bring the crucial social and environmental issues of our allies to the forefront of public discourse.
Sam Singer, Founder & CEO of 'Earthy'
(Our Independent "Glass Box" Technology Partner)
We are proud to partner with Sam Singer, the Founder & CEO of 'Earthy'. Sam is a visionary technologist, engineer, and entrepreneur whose career sits at the intersection of blockchain innovation, artificial intelligence, and large-scale distributed systems. He has consistently pioneered transformative digital solutions that merge technical precision with human-centered impact.
With a proven record of building high-performance engineering teams and architecting mission-critical platforms, Sam is the ideal strategic ally to provide the technological proof of our "Glass Box" Protocol.
Eartheart Club's integrity model is built on a "Three-Pillar Approach": the impartial storytelling of 'Destination Change', the "boots-on-the-ground" human audit from our Impact Team, and the technological validation provided by Sam's 'Earthy' platform.
As an independent, for-profit company, "Earthy" is the "on-chain accountability engine" built to solve the philanthropic sector's deep-rooted problems of opacity and inefficiency. Sam's team provides the auditable, immutable ledger that tracks funds from our donors to their final impact.
Sam's team is engineering the tangible tools that make our "Glass Box" a reality:
Project Vetting: All projects undergo a "KYC and KYB process" to create a "secure and gated community" of legitimate, verified partners.
On-Chain Audit Trail: The platform is designed to track all project spending. "Earthy" will provide a dedicated debit card for each project, allowing our "Glass Box" to see exactly "what you're spending funds for," which "keeps everybody accountable."
Proof of Impact (PoI): "Earthy's" Layer-1 blockchain uses a proprietary "Proof of Impact" consensus, allowing our ecosystem to stake funds and direct rewards to vetted impact projects.
Real-World Data (EDEED): The platform's Earthy Decentralised Ecological Economics Protocol (EDEED) will bring vital "eco-data"—such as environmental, compliance, and carbon footprint data—on-chain, allowing us to transparently prove the real-world outcomes of our Impact Allies.
This strategic alignment is vital. Eartheart Club acts as a strategic business partner , while Sam's 'Earthy' provides the independent, third-party technology that makes our promise of radical transparency a provable fact.
Eric Omore, Founder & Vision Keeper of CORI Impact
(Our Key Strategic Partner)
Eric Omore is a titan in luxury hospitality and the visionary Founder of CORI Impact. As the original force behind the world-renowned Nikki Beach, Eric is a seasoned innovator who has now founded CORI as a "sacred response to a world in disconnection". His mission is to guide a movement where "capital, creativity, and consciousness converge to serve legacy over profit".
Our partnership with Eric is a perfect example of our "Glass Box" Protocol in action, built on a vital "separation of powers":
CORI Impact (The For-Profit Partner): This is Eric's for-profit entity, a "vessel for a cultural and spiritual awakening" that rejects "colonial paradigms of saviorism". It directs capital in service of "ancestral wisdom and systemic transformation" by funding scalable, for-profit ventures like the CORI Escapes eco-resorts and a portfolio of "impact companies for good".
As our commercial "engine", Eartheart Club's Media Lab will act as a strategic marketing partner to CORI Impact. We will be hired to promote these assets, and this partnership will be anchored by the development of the Eartheart Clubhouse on-location at CORI Escapes, accommodating our Eartheart Icons, Media Lab, and Members. The CORI Foundation (The Impact Ally): This is the non-profit, philanthropic arm of Eric's vision. The Foundation stands on the belief that "culture, art and music can be an incredible social catalyst". Its mission is to promote sustainable development initiatives for "minority and vulnerable groups," primarily in Africa, by defending their rights, fighting social discrimination, and supporting local initiatives.
The CORI Foundation is designated as a "primary Eartheart Impact Allie". As such, it is a beneficiary of Eartheart Club's 100% profit model. It will be independently vetted by our UAE intermediary and its work will be independently documented by our "Glass Box" partner, 'Destination Change'.
This dual structure is the key. It allows us to maintain our "Beneficiary Firewall" (Principle #1) —celebrating and donating to the CORI Foundation's non-profit work, while simultaneously being a for-profit partner with CORI Impact to help fund the entire model. Eric's vision makes him one of our most important allies in redefining luxury with purpose.
Bob Denny, Founder of Global Tactical Solutions
(Our Key Strategic Security & Training Partner)
We are privileged to partner with Bob Denny, a veteran expert in Executive and Diplomatic Protection with over 20 years of elite experience. Bob has protected US Ambassadors and Presidential Candidates, and has personally trained Foreign Police and Special Operations Forces around the globe. He now brings this world-class expertise to Eartheart Club as the chief architect of our "Ancestral Guardian" ranger training program.
The "Academy of the Guardians" We recognize that the poachers threatening Africa's wildlife are often militarized and dangerous. To combat this, Bob Denny serves as the strategic lead for our anti-poaching security forces. Leveraging his status as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the US Department of Defense and Department of State, Bob adapts elite government-level training for our local rangers. This is not just about patrol; it is about professionalizing conservation security.
Elite Capability for Critical Missions Through his company, Global Tactical Solutions, Bob provides our rangers with the same "kinetic environment" preparation used by elite units.
Tactical Proficiency: Rangers receive advanced training in "defensive and offensive driving," "helicopter deployment procedures," and "advanced marksmanship" to safely intercept poachers in vast terrains.
K9 Detection: Utilizing his specialized "K9 detection and protection" protocols, Bob helps our teams track illicit wildlife products and secure borders.
Mindset & De-escalation: Most importantly, Bob’s philosophy aligns with our values. He trains our guardians that "de-escalation is always the first line of defense." By instilling a disciplined "combat mindset" focused on physical fitness and mental clarity, he ensures our rangers are capable protectors who use force only when necessary to save lives—both human and animal.
Bob’s involvement ensures that the "boots-on-the-ground" forces funded by the CORI Foundation are the best-trained, most disciplined conservation units in the world.
